Öland has three airfields for those wishing to visit the island with its own aircraft.

Sandvik airfields (Mellanlanda)
Sandvik airfields (ESFS) is located 30 km north of Borgholm. (Coordinates: 57040600N, 016515100E) In heavy rain the ground becomes swampy in the South, so great caution should be exercised. Call for field testing, 0708-353518. Claes Isakson
